Our Golden cane sugar is minimally refined. Because it retains some of its natural molasses from the organic sugar cane plant, it has a beautiful light golden sandy colour. The plant’s flavours and the naturally occurring molasses give our Golden cane sugar smooth-tasting notes of caramel and melon, perfect for those craving a light, sweet flavour for their tea and coffee or baked delicious treats.
